Soften child … deepen
Soften … deepen
Feel the beauty that you can discover in this simple practice –
a change in the rhythm of your breath allowing for a releasing
a lifting
a remembering
a reconnecting with what is real
of what lives within
what calls to you as the voice of soul
So may you soften … deepen
Soften … deepen
Opening to receive the gift of this blessed change upon you
