to turn towards the sun
as it rises, promising a new day.

Relax …

Stop …
and in this stopping, allow for a surrender – a simple release of all that was held so tightly until a moment ago.

Breathe …
and with this breath, may the magic of the cosmos fill the space you are creating.

Become still …
and in this stillness hear the sound of your own true being – a melody of wonder filling your heart, mind, body and soul.

Upon this way of breath and mystery may you step always.

Move into your centre.

Whatever discomfort is there, embrace it, welcome it, allow it to dissolve into the space created by breath.

May the gentle passage of breath offer comfort to your deepest secrets, the parts that hide away in shame, and as they move into the light, may they see themselves revealed as so many jewels of wisdom and understanding.

May the breath awaken in you an ancient call towards the path less travelled, where, within each moment, you are guided to find your way, reaching into this unknown space, awaiting the sense of direction that draws your feet forward to step into the next moment with the support of the cosmos.

May this path be stepped always with the love and wishes that first brought you to earth.

Bring to me that which is difficult,
which cannot be sorted,
what needs to be transformed. 

For it is here that we can begin,
find a new space,
breathe open a new world,
listen for the pulse of its heartbeat.

Here, where the mind surrenders in humility,
giving itself over to a greater wish,
can the breadth and depth of your forever-self be allowed to awaken,
granting passage into the mysteries …
where the search for what is new
draws you into the sacred purpose
you are here to know and to live.

With the wish to reach for a finer vibration,
that sees you in search of something more than the material,
do you begin.

To know and feel the limitations of the earth nature is where it begins,
the point at which your eyes are drawn upwards
to look beyond and search for more.

Is it here, that the memory of another possibility can be allowed to awaken,
to remind and lift you into a state of receiving, into a posture of unknowing …

And is it here that you create a new space within earth, a new opening
through which you may be free,
ever free to dance the child steps
into a world beginning new.

It is the search that grows you, that creates the opening into something new,
that calls you into a state of becoming which is your true home.

It is this need to begin and begin again that feeds the flame
bringing opposing forces together in a fusion of light
creating a moment of balance… the crest of a wave …
before release gives birth to the possibility for something new.

Be still and enter the temple within
listening to its sound
wearing its vibration as a fabric of energy about you
holding you upright and connected to a living wisdom beyond.

Here where all you need be is calm,
opening the gates of an inner receptiveness
that holds a key to who you really are.

In this stillness of being …

Each touch of breath taken in stillness
a gift from beyond, granted to change my state
that it might glow with a grace
and move with presence
reaching into the heavens
to draw upon all that dwells there
ever-awaiting my awareness –
my permission for it to exist.

Breathe in the light
always light
to bring balance to earth.

It comes quietly, like the stirring of a bud, the fragrance of new possibility filling your senses.

And so do you return, just for a moment, to the soul waters of your birth, nurtured by this connection, held in loving care.

So restored do you begin again, this experience building a living memory within, a memory of worlds held in balance where you see and sense in a whole new way.

May these openings arrive like gentle rain, cleansing you from within as you lift to embrace their caress.
