joining with a universal heartbeat
that heralds fresh hope for all.

Step in between
through the gap between worlds
to arrive at a place where all is still
as you stand in a state of balance
poised upon a platform
from where the earthly world can be seen
and the higher worlds accessed.

And in this place
where time is suspended
can you breathe upon yourself a cloak of mystery
woven with the colours of another world
invisible, but for the eye that can see
keeping you warm and safe as you traverse each day.

It only takes a moment to stop and still
to create calming notes
that sing through the whole of your being
lifting your vibration
that you may stand completely free
giving yourself to the moment.

Raindrops of energy fall gently upon my mind
as it opens to reveal the beauty of free and expansive thought
touched by another realm
able to see beyond the known
able to sing heart’s song within its words
able to fly to the highest heights
and dive into the depths of earthly experience
bringing together these two
to create something pure and new.

Imagine a softness moving into your mind,
an expansiveness lapping at the shores of your being
as you surrender to this touch,
floating upon waters of peace, of stillness,
allowing them to carry you to a place where you feel free,
where your being is able to dance
upon the needs of each moment.

a vast unknown before me

and show me a direction-true
that I may take the first step
upon a journey that begins now
in this very moment
and ends in the next
as I begin again
