Like clouds that part to reveal a glimpse of blue sky, does each conscious breath widen an opening into other worlds, allowing new energy to flow, bringing insight and understanding, creating clarity and offering a warm blanket of peace and protection.

Allow comfort to flow in, as awareness of breath grows a being who walks ever-beside you, holding your hand and guiding your steps – offering wisdom and a deep knowledge of who you really are – the true you, your self of stars that lives in earth.

joining with a universal heartbeat

Step in between
through the gap between worlds
to arrive at a place where all is still
as you stand in a state of balance
poised upon a platform
from where the earthly world can be seen
and the higher worlds accessed.

And in this place
where time is suspended
can you breathe upon yourself a cloak of mystery
woven with the colours of another world
invisible, but for the eye that can see
keeping you warm and safe as you traverse each day.

that sing through the whole of your being
