This new day
may I be cloaked within a protective flame of devotion
as I step into this life of earth
offering all I have been to the winds of change
and all I can be into the mystery of unknown potential
as I release all,
release …
and release again
over and over
in a gentle rhythm of letting go
that I may become truly new.

May you step this day, filled with the joy of pure existence,
filled with hope at the opportunities that await,
flowing, ever-flowing
within waters that are warmed by the rays of the sun,
mind alight with creation’s inspiration,
heart aligned with the source of universal love
open to this moment and what it has to offer,
grounded in the surety and safety of mother earth.

Take this day,
and make it one that vibrates with
the joyful purpose of your soul.

Like the gentle opening of a flower, heart speaks, soft and tender, protected by the fire of heart’s flame, strengthened by mother-love.

Doubts and fears draw you away from this flow, so offer them into greater hands where they can be soothed and calmed, offered a bigger picture and carried to a place where their true purpose can become clear.

Allow heart to speak for it has much of value to say. Keeper of the doorway to soul, gateway to other worlds, receptacle of golden earth and bejewelled stars, heart is a place of wonder and acceptance of all that is, all that has been and all that can be.

Hold a wish for a way of being where heart is at the centre of all that you do, held as a balance-point around which all can gather and be welcomed into the world of soul-living.

Each time you open the door to new possibility,
does that possibility become more a part of your life,
softening the edges of what was
creating new pathways upon which you might step.

Let yourself bathe in the light unknown.
Be held in the trust of its mysteries …
here, from where a new step may be discovered
and a new life experienced
in tune with the wish of soul.

The breath of life
can guide us forward
if we are open to what it brings

In these times where change can seem like the only constant, return to the breath, return to the sensations within your body, to anchor you in the moment now.

For it is in this moment that all can become clear.

It is right here and now that all can begin to unfold as it should, in support of the growth of your true self.

It is only in this moment that you can sense and receive the love and blessings sent for your rising steps upon the path that leads home.

Return, return always to this moment, where the past can be released to find its peace, and the future can shine brightly with the promise of all that is new.

In the settling of your rhythm
in the quietening of your mind
in the softening of your heart
in the melting of walls and barriers
in the lifting of your gaze

Here where you become the child …
discovering the moment
air kissing your skin
mind opening to the heavens
heart beginning to sing

So do you begin again
the gaze of creation a presence about you
the seed of gold nestled deep within
breaking free into being.

Life is a dance
and the lighter I can be
the more playful I am
the more graceful the dance will become

Allow life to flow into this moment,
refreshing all within, carrying away all that is stale and worn
that a sparkling light may manifest in the space now created
that your steps may be taken with a freedom born
of connection with all that carries a purpose-true.

Exist, simply exist in the here and now,
allowing for whatever may arise,
blessing it and letting it go
that you may be held securely and safely within the entirety of your being,
whole and complete, coming to know this place more and more
that it may become the place you wish to return to as often as you can
until it becomes who you are.

Here, where your whole being can deepen and widen, can you navigate life with more balance, little by little allowing a lifting consciousness to blend into your everyday patterns.

So may you feel the blessing of walking with more awareness in your step, new directions opening before you, realising new paths of possibility.

So may you know the dance of the child

So may you know the joy of connection.

Awakening …

Awakening again … and then again … and again

These moments that come upon you, that open you to another way are like a torch shining its light into another dimension of reality.

Here, in the stillness that gives birth to new eyes through which to see and new ears through which to listen, is the beginning point of your rising in earth.

Be still then, knowing that each time you commune within the eternal embrace of stillness that you fan the flame within, lending space and oxygen to its presence, that you might be guided by its ever-brightening light.
