The smallest shift
of posture
of breath …
realigning with a heavenly impulse
allowing for a new flow
this small shift awakening the wish to connect
this wish becoming reality
with each moment passing, as awareness grows
as breath moves
as spirits soar to touch new heights
believing now in so much more than the moment before
joining with a universal heartbeat
that heralds fresh hope for all.

Step in between
through the gap between worlds
to arrive at a place where all is still
as you stand in a state of balance
poised upon a platform
from where the earthly world can be seen
and the higher worlds accessed.

And in this place
where time is suspended
can you breathe upon yourself a cloak of mystery
woven with the colours of another world
invisible, but for the eye that can see
keeping you warm and safe as you traverse each day.

Remember this place
and return often.

It only takes a moment to stop and still
to create calming notes
that sing through the whole of your being
lifting your vibration
that you may stand completely free
giving yourself to the moment.

Raindrops of energy fall gently upon my mind
as it opens to reveal the beauty of free and expansive thought
touched by another realm
able to see beyond the known
able to sing heart’s song within its words
able to fly to the highest heights
and dive into the depths of earthly experience
bringing together these two
to create something pure and new.

Imagine a softness moving into your mind,
an expansiveness lapping at the shores of your being
as you surrender to this touch,
floating upon waters of peace, of stillness,
allowing them to carry you to a place where you feel free,
where your being is able to dance
upon the needs of each moment.

In stillness I wait

In silence I sit
a vast unknown before me
opening so many possibilities.

And I wait …

I wait for the flame to rise
and show me a direction-true
that I may take the first step
upon a journey that begins now
in this very moment
and ends in the next
as I begin again
always beginning again
from a place where the flame has purged all
and I am new.

The mystery of your life rises before you.

Moving ever-so slightly ahead
it waits for you to follow
each step taken with care
as you move into a vast unknown
filled with possibility
filled with hope.

And as you take each step
do you shed a little more of the past
leaving it behind
to be taken care of by higher hands
allowing yourself to be clothed anew
in garments that reveal your true nature.

As night turns to day and the warmth of the sun
spreads its rays across the earth,
so too do moments of awakening stir you from sleep
to take-in the light of new possibility.

I turn to view the life that was
with eyes of compassion
turning now to face the future
as I open to the mystery of now.

And I am reborn
tuning in and listening to
a single note of stillness.

As you calm your being
connecting with light
inviting it in
breathing its essence
bathing in its glow …
bringing all of you to meet it
holding open the door for parts that would hide away
welcoming them in with a warm smile
allowing them to rise into the space
where worlds can meet …
all is well.
