And taste the welcome relief as your body discovers again the deep truth
that life is eternal – ever renewing, ever living in the release that allows for more.

Can you open my heart to a new understanding, so I may approach my life with a deeper, richer being, one which can respond with greater care for the life within and around.

Can you open a new vision in my mind, a new path of awareness, so my life can be coloured in a wish
that seeks to cradle all experiences, no matter how tiny, in the child-light of gentle awakening.

In simple, humble gratitude may I allow my heart peace, in the care of this trust, as each moment of hope sheds its light upon my soul.

May I begin again in this moment,
as I breathe in and out as the movement of the ocean –
stilling, calming, deepening
into the vast space of creation
where inspiration is birthed and new love guides the way forward.

I am still. I am calm.

And I breathe in the air of new beginning
as the breeze of the unknown
and the rays of the sun warm all into gentle surrender.

Can you sense the energies about you? Can you sense the changing cells of the earth as she prepares for a new beginning? New and different outcomes hang in the air like rain about to fall, and the pressure before and after this releasing can be powerful.

Come then again to the stop – to stillness. The beautiful gentling of the tide, the much needed change in rhythm that harmonises you with the need of the moment.

Stop. Take a breath.
Release any tension being held.

In this clearing can you see again.
Hear again. Begin again.

Experience the outcomes from this simple practice as you take a step away from well-worn paths to light upon a shore of new consciousness, where the air is clearer and you are, for a moment, cleansed and made new, ready to begin from what is
newly forming.

It is in the stillest pool that the depths can be seen.
It is in the quietest heart that peace can be found, as the jewel of the mind flames into life with the flicker of love’s awakening inner-eye.

Awaken and rise in the quiet, to be as a flame, burning strongly and silently in a space of purity – in a place of wholeness where everything exists and all is perfectly still, to be open as the skies, shining the light of many stars and creating a vast space within which all can be held and nurtured, to move silently with the rhythms of creation, like waves that flow tirelessly and effortlessly in a pattern of simplicity and beauty, ever-reaching toward the shore – ever carrying within them the power of the ocean’s endless femininity, holding the mystery of her fathomless depths and offering the sparkling light that reflects upon her surface, moving and changing as clouds that dance across the sky, adapting to the needs of the moment, yet holding always within a place of eternal, sacred stillness.

Let it guide my steps holding my heart’s true wish in sacred trust in a protected space.
Let stillness be with me as a true friend, sharing the rhythm of my journey.
Let me step always in stillness.

You are a brushstroke born from the heart of creation,
as it depicts the many facets of life.

You are creation –
a part of the whole yet complete within yourself.

You are unique, blending a mix of qualities unlike any other,
yet connected to others in so many ways.

I wish to feel the sun beating down and the cool mystery of night embracing me in the same moment, as I walk the road of balance between all opposites –
the fine line that can pass through everything;
that can trace the outline of all worlds and set its magic to achieve any task.

Each vibration of disharmony that moves through your energy field is there to be transformed, shepherded home into the arms of an all-encompassing love.
Each pain you hold within, each un-ease you have with another person or situation, is there to be gently held, bathed in stillness and acted on with care, allowing for more and more seeing to bless your understanding.
