Never doubt the jewels born of taking the time to allow your rhythm to find its
true harmony, where held in its pulse you become child once more, open and
receptive to the moment now birthing as a sunrise.

So may you taste of what is possible, what calls to you from beyond and which
marries you to the living silence of the cosmos.

The wish of the heart is that all parts of your being might meet at its centre.

And does the space you create by the blessing of breath allow this meeting to take place on sacred ground, where all are welcome and much can be laid to rest, finding its peace and place and role within your being.

Allow all within to find its freedom by granting passage through the breath that carries awareness and stillness, finding its way to your innermost heart-space that the miracle of becoming whole and stepping free in earth may become real.

May your steps be graced in light, traversing with agility the
twists and turns of a life ever-renewing,
becoming the butterfly and the chrysalis in a cycle ever-turning,
transiting each circling of the wheel to spin the weave
of magic into the air.

May you step ever-knowing all is already received, forgiven
and accepted, an open space awaiting your next breath.

to dance within its flames of protection
and rise into the sky

as you consciously step aside from outward momentum
and return to the sensation of your body

as breath moves from unconscious habit to conscious living flow
and your body widens and expands
opening as a cup to receive the gift of new life

as this brings focus, releasing complexities of doubt
and innocence washes through you, cleansing you of the past …

here can a new search begin
the steps of its seeking building upon all those gone before
cycles turning within cycles, ever-returning to the beginning …

here, where nothing is known
where a greater knowing holds this nothingness as a sacred opening
can be lived the mysteries, the wonder of winged flight.

to serve in truth
as my heart beats always
to the rhythm of an expression-new.
