the desire to know
and to flow within the current of a purpose-true
to be held by greater hands and guided by the star of your birth
to awaken memories of the place from where you travelled to be here now
in this moment
cradled by hope
held in care …
awakening.

Walk with me
within the silence of your still heart

Sing with me
in the moments where your gaze lifts
to take in the wonder of creation

Be with me
in times when you feel alone
in times when you rejoice
in all the times you remember

Remember me
now and always
for I am here …
forever here.

Listen to the silence that speaks all languages.

Listen as a child holding a seashell to its ear, the sound of the ocean a soul-calling to return to the mother-waters of your origins.

For it is in the simple reminders that life offers where can be found the support needed to lift your inner gaze, as the vibration of your energy becomes finer and you are able to move into dimensions that feed your soul, that make you whole.

So may you know this living way, this beauty of awakening.

Rise and flow
flow and rise
the horizon yours to know
as you move upon the energy of now
opening to a touch of grace
birthed into being by each breath
an inner and outer alchemy
changing the air and the earth
around, above and beneath your feet.

Each day as new possibility dawns
may you rise as a sun
awakening to the light within and standing tall
beneath the skies of many living dimensions.

So in a simple way may you begin again
the day before you a blank canvas upon which you may paint
living colours born of soul connection.

Lifting the vibration of your energy can be as simple as the taking of a new breath.

All you need do is remember and from a place of love make this effort, without expectation or desired outcome, allowing the breath to simply fill you and release you … fill you and release you.

Being present to its movement through you, its invisible life-force awakening sleeping beauty, guides you toward treasures within, each glimpse of light nurturing your deeper self.

So from love may you remember

As their heart’s question rose so did the fabric of energy
holding them, in their present state, rise also.

Like clouds parting did a clearing sweep away the superfluous,
allowing an expansion of intelligence.

So did they exist here, freer, more present, more open.

And so did an alchemy begin,
its transforming touch a living teaching.

In the lifting of your gaze
In the lengthening of your body
In the stilling of your mind
In the deepening of your very next breath
So may new day be born
So may you begin again

Each time you open the door to new possibility,
will that possibility become more a part of your life,
softening the edges of what was
to create new pathways upon which you might step.

To grow this opening into what can be
and to hold it open for longer and longer moments –
is this all you need do …
simply creating space.

And then to stand in that space,
experiencing the subtle shifts that lift you beyond patterns known
to create new, living patterns of connection.

Trust your inner guidance, that which is steadily, softly imparted from a place-unknown, remaining constant throughout the seasons of ever-changing emotion.

Come dwell within the shelter it offers, as if standing beneath a great, ancient tree, tall in stature and roots deep in the earth, as you lean into the body of its knowing.

Come back then, again and again to the counsel within, ever quietly there, always open to your heart’s enquiry.
