Let the space created by the breath open within you a new sense of purpose,
connected to a flow that is the strength you offer into the world …

a strength born of the knowledge you are eternal
able to flow with the wind
and respond as a butterfly to the gentlest breeze.

May you grow with roots firmly connected
from where the flame can renew and release you
to stand ever upon a foundation real and true
in the sacred trust of your forever connection
and the love this creates in earth.

In the light of this new day, my wish is to taste the reality of living with light awakening my every centre, with the touch of space that frees up the past and softens all to be bathed in a state of becoming new.

My wish is to stand at the entry point to this world, to taste the scent of all that is beginning and hear the promise which calls … so that each time doubt returns I can gently enfold it in the energy of this ever-living wish.

For each return grows in wonder, charging me with the knowledge of my place in its arms.

In all that is becoming real …

The bells of remembering chime in the air,
sounding the clarity of truth,
calling to the awakening child of earth

Know this time is a time of return, of coming back to an essence truth seeded in you from the light of your first beginning, calling forth the blooms of your journey in earth.

Allow then for a listening that is more and more attuned to this calling, this remembering that allows for a flowering within, that sees you open the door to an inner chamber where the lamp-eternal burns silently.

Each time you commune with this light can you grow in insight, each taste of true seeing watering the garden of your divine connection, allowing this connection to guide you.

So may the stars of heaven circle your crown as the interplay between the worlds becomes a dance, as you step in rhythm with the music of a living, evolving consciousness.

In this remembering of who you really are …

that through still waters
light might shine to reveal the beauty in their depths
to allow the rising of hope
to see the release of all that has lain hidden
its beauty now visible for all to see.

May grace become your truth
your purpose
your way of being.

Know that in the simple tending of the garden of your energy, you support a dimension of life drawing ever closer to your world. Do you allow for inner patterns to melt into an embrace that accepts and holds the whole of who you are, this lifting you into new beginning after new beginning.

In your remembering to tune your earthly instrument, to awaken to pathways of thinking that are but lost children seeking refuge in what can be forever trusted, is to free yourself and allow for the next unfolding in your growing understanding.

Simply remember to tend your energy, to grant yourself and all life about you the possibility that sings in the air, that beckons you as the gentle voice of soul to lift upon the frequencies that sound the hum of your forever transfiguration.

In this tending of your energy …

Held in the energy of a living moment does it begin,
a new flowering of heart and mind giving birth
to a living presence

Allow for a gentling of your rhythm, an opening sensed within, the emerging of a deeper self.

For in these subtle connections with soul is the food of a finer energy, a sustenance that feeds your inner being and rebalances your every part.

Now is a golden opportunity to allow a gentler pace to reveal what is in need of reconciling, what needs to be let go and what needs to change.

Allow for the space and intelligence held within the impulse of this time to speak to you and guide you, giving opportunity for past chapters to close and new beginnings to open both within and without.

So may you stand back as you allow this new impulse to come forward, sensing its rhythm and letting go of all that is no longer needed, allowing yourself to change as does the world around you.

In this living impulse, forever be held.

Moving into the moment-now can be as a journey, a sequence of events: a preparation, the taking of a step, then arrival at your destination.

Realising that your energy is scattered, feeling a need to return to your centre, to bring about some balance; stopping your train of thought and taking a deep breath, coming back to the sensation of your body – these can be the preparation, the journey, and the arrival.

Or arrival at this place can be instantaneous – a seeing or experiencing of something that brings you fully into a total awareness of ‘now’. Gazing upon a sunset, a mountain, a tiny flower in your garden – being embraced by a presence that gently holds you in this moment.

Consciously or unconsciously done, if you can suspend thought and judgement even for just a moment, something else can be present, and all within your being can be embraced by this presence which allows for all and everything.

In this joyous dance of life-giving expression …

May you settle, may you calm, allowing the heartbeat of the mother to become your own.

For in the deepening tranquility of your interior world can the whole of you soften … and in this softening the reality of a deeper intelligence be revealed.

In these moments that are subtle yet keenly felt, can you touch upon a frequency that reveals a state of being you have come to rediscover and live in earth, the many pathways that have led you away from this rhythm ultimately leading back to its truth as your search deepens.

Know then the beauty of the breath as it fills and releases you, creating a space in-between where all can be simply held in a presence that both anchors you into the moment as it allows you the taste of rising heavenward.

So may be birthed an understanding that ever-grows in colour and light, and so may be sensed anew the meaning of your life.

In this sensing and unfolding…

Stillness is a foundation you can build upon to reach into the stars and gather their energy into your being, from there to shine their light into your world.

Stillness is a place of safety and surety – a haven to which you can retreat to regroup and replenish your energy – to allow an expansion of being that encompasses so much more, providing clarity and an opening into a new way forward.

Stillness is the place where you can greet your true self, welcoming in a new set of beliefs and possibilities that are endlessly evolving, allowing new knowledge and insights to alight upon your mind, awakening you to the miracles and mysteries of your existence.

Be blessed in the wonder that is stillness.

Allow it to weave new pathways between heart and mind, body and soul, creating a new harmony upon which you can travel through life, your journey now smoothed as you move within the light shone from your work with stillness.

And know it to be with you forevermore.

A pattern that forms anew in each moment, searching and seeking for the best path through which to express light and love, opening always into a space that holds true freedom, has the power to create life-eternal.

And does this true pattern-new seek to raise the consciousness of all that moves within cycles of the past, returning ever to repeat the same events over and over, unconsciously unaware of where this can lead.

So pray this day for the connection of a pattern-of-old to a loving intent for its freedom, that it may move into a realm where a bigger, brighter picture can be seen and a spaciousness experienced that it might see itself and its purpose anew.

Beautiful being of heaven and earth, walk this day awake to the possibility that lives in every moment.
